<Details><p>New, creative ideas are being developed on Wall Street to forge successful public-private partnerships to solve the problem of financing western water infrastructure. This one-day gathering will bring Wall Street experts and private financiers together with elected officials and water infrastructure interests to discuss new financing options for western water projects.

As we learned in our Las Vegas roundtables in January, the most common barrier to developing water delivery and municipal system solutions is a lack of financing options for these projects. We also learned that relying on federal funding for such projects is not a reasonable approach. In San Diego we will utilize our successful roundtable discussion format to provide a forum for participants to become better informed, and develop new concepts for water infrastructure financing.
